MUD:
Manhattan Ultimate Disc In addition to establishing this Ultimate Frisbee league's identity in 2008 and building its formative web site, I continue to consult on branding efforts and to design seasonal discs and apparel. The MUD logo echoes the cityscape in which we live and play. Its letterforms are stacked one against the other and sport a variety of ornamentation—the arching alludes to a disc in flight. You'll see that I like to create thematic series for the league and will often print discs in pairs so that players will have a choice of which disc they receive.
